Community Helpers in Action!
Our Pre-K students had an exciting visit from some very special community helpers! They loved learning about the important jobs of our police officers, K-9 team, and firefighters and seeing firsthand how they work to help keep our community safe.
A SPECIAL THANK YOU to our local Police Department, K-9 team, and Fire Department. We truly appreciate you taking the time to visit our students, share what you do, and make learning about community helpers such a fun and memorable experience!
And a very special shout out to our own Sergeant Knight for coordinating this wonderful visit. We appreciate all you do each day for our students and for helping make special learning experiences like this possible.
We are so thankful for all of our community helpers and all they do for our school and our community!
Building, Creating & Working Together!
West Bainbridge Primary celebrated Manufacturing Day all week long with some hands-on learning! Our students worked in teams to design and build marble runs while learning what manufacturing is all about.
Just like in the manufacturing world, students had to plan, build, test, problem-solve, and work together to create a finished product. There were plenty of creative ideas, teamwork, and trial and error along the way—and lots of excitement when those marbles made it through!
What a fun way to introduce our young Wildcats to the world of manufacturing!
